Lowell Davis “What Rat Race” figurine of a horse-drawn sleigh. This beautiful vintage (1990) figurine is made of cold cast porcelain (with some metal) and was made and hand painted in Scotland by Border Fine Arts and distributed by the Schmid Company. This figurine is one of a limited edition (#329/1200). It is in excellent condition and comes with it’s wood base, it’s COA, a new story card, and it’s original box with the protective styrofoam insert.
