It is “Hilltop Cottage” and is featured in Beatrix Potter’s classic children’s story of Peter Cottontail and published by F. It is a limited edition building #183 of 1993 and measures about 6″ long by 3″ tall. The piece information is on the bottom including the style number CBP15. There are two tiny finials missing on top of the roof spires and there is no base, but it is otherwise great used condition and has the COA but no box. […]
