This figurine was created by the popular artist Linda Jane Smith for Border Fine Arts Studio’s Comic and Curious Cats collection and manufactured in China. It is an’Annual Figurine’, with production limited to the year, (2005) so naturally, it has become very rare. T is pre-owned and in good condition with a swing-tag attached. Is one of the larger C & CC figurines, It features a family of cats who, having drunk their Ovaltine, have settled down to the nightly ritual of a story before bed. Tonight however, Dad has fallen asleep and with one of the kittens set to follow, it seems that the further adventures of Puss will have to wait for another time. Figurine is packed with details that only add to its charm. The cuddly mouse doll clutched by one of the kittens, the discarded Ovaltine mug and the Tiffany style lampshade which is detachable from the fully working light. Thank you for your interest.
