“Rowing Up” Golden Edition No 97 of 350. Handmade in Scotland 2000. The hay has been cut and Loose Raked and the farmer is Rowing Up to form lines of hay prior to Sweeping Up and loading to the haystacks. This figurine is highly detailed and is evocative of a bygone age. It is from my own collection and is AS NEW and in immaculate condition. The colours are clean and bright and it is free from chips, cracks, fading or restoration due to it having spent the majority of its time in its original box. It has never been on long term display. It is from the Golden Edition, being No 97 of 350 pieces specially commissioned by The Posthorn, Castle Douglas and has their plaque cast into the base. The colours of the rowing up cart are more vibrant than those on the standard edition. It is contained within its original box and has its certificate of authenticity. I do not use cheap carriers who dump on your doorstep and run. You will not find a finer example than this.
