This is a very rare Annual Figurine from 2005. It is a small lamp (Not Working) with a Tiffany Style Removable lampshade. It may be possible to replace the battery box & check the wiring to get it working again. It would take two batteries. However working or not it is still a stunning piece & a collectors item.
